I bought myself a bag of flour yesterday, and before I went to bed I spent five minutes using some of it in my breadmaker, so that I could wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread this morning.

I’m slowly emerging from my latest low energy slump. At times I’ve not been particularly brave about this one, feeling frustrated and annoyed (and not the best company!), but little by little I have moved through it.
Increasingly I think feeling frustrated and crabby is just part of the process, sitting around serenely waiting to feel better simply doesn’t work for me.
