# Delivery of your purchases
### Physical items
Physical items such as books and prints are sent via Royal Mail (and Royal Mail Airmail for overseas orders). I attempt to dispatch items within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) but this can sometimes take longer at busy times. If you are preordering an item, such as a book, it will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available.
### Digital items and membership subscriptions
Digital items and membership subscriptions are wherever possible delivered instantly. If there are any technical problems with the delivery of these items [contact me] and I will do my best to sort things out as quickly as possible.
If after becoming a member of Sustainably Creative you decide the site isn’t for you, [contact me] within seven working days of taking out your membership for a no quibble refund. If you have requested (and been sent) a physical book as part of your membership then you’re welcome to keep the book and have the cover price deducted from your refund or return the book in its original state and at your own expense for a full refund.
If you do decide that membership isn’t for you, please do let me know as soon as possible as no requests for refunds will be accepted after more than seven working days from the date you took out your membership.
If your membership fee is refunded you will no longer have access to the members’ area of the site or membership perks.
### Membership renewals
You can cancel your membership at anytime before your next membership fee becomes due by clicking on the “Cancel My Membership” link in the members’ area. If you do decide to cancel, you will still have access to the site and all the members’ perks until your current membership period ends.
If your membership does renew and you decide that you don’t want to remain a member [contact me] within seven working days of the renewal date for a full refund of the renewal fee. If you have requested (and been sent) a physical book as part of you membership renewal then you’re welcome to keep the book and have the cover price deducted from your refund or return the book in its original state and at your own expense for a full refund.
If you do decide that you don’t want to continue your membership after it has renewed, please do let me know as soon as possible as no requests for refunds will be accepted after seven working days from the date of your renewal.
If your renewal fee is refunded you will no longer have access to the members’ area of the site or members’ perks.
### Digital products
If you’re not happy with any ebooks or work-alone courses purchased on the site [contact me] within seven working days of purchasing for a full refund. If your course includes one-to-one sessions with me, see below for my refund policy.
### Physical items
If you order a physical product such as a book or print from me and aren’t happy with it then [contact me] within seven working working days of receiving the item to arrange a full refund. You will need to return the item in its original state at your own expense. Items that you have asked to be personalised are not eligible for a refund unless faulty or not as described.
### One-to-one sessions and courses with a one-to-one component
From time to time I offer one-to-one work sessions, one-to-one mentoring sessions, and courses where I offer one-to-one feedback. If you take a course that includes one-to-one feedback or purchase a block of one-to-one mentoring or work sessions and decide these are not for you after the first session I will refund your fees in full. If you choose to carry on with your one-to-one sessions beyond the first session no refund will be offered. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel the sessions at any point after the first session you’ll receive a pro-rata refund.
If a single one-to-one session is booked then it needs to be used within six months of booking (or a longer time period negotiated with me within this six month period). A session not used within this timeframe will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
If a block of one-to-one sessions is booked then the first session needs to be taken within six months of booking (or a longer time period negotiated within this six month period). Subsequent sessions need to be used within two months of the previous session (or a longer period negotiated with me within the two month period). Sessions not used within these timeframes will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
