Sustainably Creative by Michael Nobbs

Little and Often

Sustaining My Creativity – a fortnightly letter about creating a sustainable income online

TypewriterI’ve just sent out the ninth of my little letters, Sustaining My Creativity.

A fortnightly letter

Every fortnight throughout this year I’m going to be writing and emailing these letters, keeping readers up to date with my publicly declared financial goal of earning £2000 a month (around US$3200) from my creative endeavours by the end of 2011.

Insights and inspiration

As well as keeping me on track with my goal, I’m hoping the letters will provide some insight and inspiration to other people who want to try and make a living from their creative endeavours, and to make it in a personally sustainable way.

$2.00 a letter (or free to subscribing members)

Each letter costs $2.00. I hope you will think that’s a price worth paying, either for the information in the letters, or because you would like to support my endeavours (ideally both!).

The letters are also available as part of the new Sustainably Creative membership package which costs just $3.00 a month and includes other benefits. New members will receive the current letter plus all future letters. Back issues are available below at $2.00 each.

I'm Michael Nobbs, an artist, blogger and tea drinker (not necessarily in that order).

I'd like to show you that it is possible to stay creative even when energy is in short supply, and how working on small creative acts on a regular basis can build over time into a substantial body of work (and even a creative career).

I've written a book called Sustainable Creativity. You're welcome to pay whatever you would like for it.
