#1638: Being in the moment

Last week was an odd week, that culminated in a walk to Big Oak Field with a flask of hot coffee and my recording this podcast for you.

In it, I'm talking about a dear friend who died suddenly a week ago and how her death has brought up questions about how to enjoy our days within our limits (and led me to buy myself a stove-top espresso maker, which you'll hear bubbling away at the start of the podcast).

Patrons can watch the Podcast Extra that accompanies this podcast, here.

Throughout March and April I'm experimenting with what I post on Patreon. Join at any level to follow my experiment and to see if it's the right place for you. You’ll find plenty of gentle encouragement there to help you live and create at the pace that's right for you.

One Thing Today is brought to you with the kind support of its patrons.

Your support would be very much appreciated <3
